Skins contain a group of zafu templates to render the html. The templates are stored in the database as TextDocument objects. They are compiled once into optimized erb files. These files should run faster then the current implementation of Zena using partials.

The basic implementation is now functional. Due to some changes that we had to make to the ApplicationHelper, we have to shave our css before zenadmin.org can make the move.
